This is a wonderful Birch essential oil! I use it for spinal pain and bone (diluted), for my little dogs (again,diluted), and recently for a friend who has arthritis pain in her hands. She had such relief that she wants me to order a bottle for her. Don't hesitate to buy this Sweet Birch quality essential oil.
