PROPERTIES & USES:
Traditional Therapeutic actions:
Antidepressant, antiseptic, antiviral, carminative, diaphoretic, digestant, emmenagogue, expectorant, insecticide, stimulant, nerve tonic.
Inhalation: - Anxiety, asthma, bronchitis, coughs, colds, depression, dizziness, exhaustion (nervous), fatigue, indigestion, insomnia, nausea, focus concentration, calming,
External as blended in oil or other carrier: Abrasions, stress related allergies, lack of concentration and confidence, headaches & migranes, analgesic, anti-spasmodic relief for muscular pain, infections, insect bites, sinus congestion and infection, sorrow.
Industry & Household uses: In salads, in perfumery, extensive use in soaps and dental products. The herb is used a lot in tomato and pasta dishes, fish and meat.
Basil oils are generally considered safe. Basil, the plant, is commonly used in herb flavored food dishes
Safe when properly diluted and used at 4% or less when used in massage, no irritation or sensitisation noted.

FOR Your MASSAGE
This is an uplifting or refreshing massage blend
5 drops - Spearmint
3 drops - Basil
3 drops - Lime
3 drops - Rosemary
3 drops - Eucalyptus
3 drops - Bergamot
20 ml of carrier oil
Add essential oils to a 1 ounce amber bottle then add carrier oil.
Mix well and use for massage.

in 20 ml of carrier oil
