It can be diffused in the air, but is best used by putting a few drops in a Personal inhaler and inhaling twice a day for a couple weeks then once daily during allergy season
Suggested use:
Use in a Personal inhaler or mix 30 drops in 1 ounce of a light carrier oil and put a few drops on your pulse points a couple times a day, sniff this as needed.
Allergy Tamer Blend may also be helpful with other types of inflammatory ailments.
Mix with a carrier oil and massage into sore muscles and joints, bruised tissues from sprains and strains.
