Order Status
Has my order shipped? You will get an email notice once your order has shipped. If you have a login account you can login there to find out.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order? Once your order has been placed we cannot add to your order. However we can remove items if you accidentally ordered too many items. You must call us ASAP to make changes as often times we may ship your order within 30 minutes or less.
Can I add to an order that has been processed? Unfortunately no as we don't have access to your credit card information.
How do I cancel an order? Provided it has not been shipped you can call us to cancel the order. Do not rely on e-mail to cancel an order.
How do I track my order? Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information.
My order never arrived? Did you check the tracking to find out where it is? If you no longer have your tracking number please email us and we can send you it.
Do you require a signature? A signature is usually not required when your order is under $300.00. However, we may ask for one on any order over $100.00. Our Merchant account requires signatures on transactions over $300.00.
My order came damaged, what do you want me to do? First save all the packaging material. Second take a photo or several and send them too us. Depending on what the damage is we will file a claim or replace the items. Please contact us within 5 days of receipt.
Can I Return my order for a Refund? Returns: Guidelines & Conditions
Essential oils, Synergy blends, Carrier oil and massage oils are not returnable nor refundable.

You must contact us via email. If you need to return something to us please contact us within 5 days of the delivery date! Some items are not returnable. The product must be in 100% resaleable condition. If used, then it will be prorated, If we need to replace pads, cartridges or other items included with the returned product, this will also be deducted from the refund. In addition there is a restocking fee of 25% above the cost to make the item resaleable. Exceptions to the above guidelines may apply. However, any return or refund must be made within 30 days of purchase once we have approved the return.
If you originaly qualified for free shipping and then return items where the total of your original order less the returns would have had a shipping fee, you will not be refunded the cost we incurred to ship your original order. Return fees are your responsibility.

An item is missing from my shipment or I receive the wrong item? This is extremely rare, if it does happen, please let us know within 5 days of receipt of your order. Please see this page for all our Terms and Conditions with full details.
My product is missing parts or it is defective now what? This is extremely rare, if it does happen, please let us know within 5 days of receipt of your order. Please see this page for all our Terms and Conditions with full details.
When will my backorder arrive? It is rare that we are out of stock, but if we are out of stock of an item we will notifiy you and let you know when it is expected and when we will ship your order.
My Account
How do I create an account? Simply click on the link at the top of the page that says 'My Account'. Here you will be able to create an account. Alternately, you can create one during the checkout process.
How do I edit my account information? Click on the link at the top of the website that says "My Account". Login and edit the information. If you need help send us an e-mail with the corrections you need to make and we will update your account for you.
I forgot my password. You can contact us and we can reset your password. If you need to place an order before we can reset it, simply use Express Checkout - which requires no login to checkout.

Shipping
How much is my shipping? What is the minimum shipping fee? Shipping fees are determined by weight and distance. You can use the 'Calculate Shipping' on the 'View Cart' page prior to checking out to get your shipping fees. Our minimum for really small orders (1-2 bottles of oils) is currently $5.00.
How do I get Free Shipping? See our How to get Free Shipping Page for complete details. Typically you need to reach $69.99 after discounts with all eligible item in your cart. The cart will offer you Free Shipping,if you qualify. ** NOTE: there is no free shipping to the following areas - Kansas, All USA Territories. There is no free shipping on faxed, emailed or phone orders. Some diffusers due to weight may have a small handling fee.
What are the Shipping methods we use? 99.99% of all orders are shipped by the USPS - United States Postal Service.
IMPORTANT NOTE ON SHIPPING ADDRESS: You MUST provide a US POSTAL Service Address to SHIP your Order to. We ship by the US POSTAL SERVICE.
If we cannot verify your Shipping Address by the US Postal Service, Your order may be cancelled and refunded.
We do use UPS - United Parcel Service - the big brown trucks - for heavy orders. You will receive a tracking number letting you know how your order was shipped to you.
Do you ship to my country? We only ship to USA addresses including military APO, FPO and DPO by USPS. We ship to USA Territories too. We ship to no other countries.
When will my order ship? Most orders are shipped within 24-72 business hours. Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays are are not business days so keep that in mind. We strive to ship all orders within 1-3 business days, but cannot guarantee that the USPS (United States Postal Service will deliver your package in their current time-frames.
SUMMER OFFICE HOURS - May through September - We plan on being in the Office Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays and some Thursdays from 9:00-am to 4:00 pm Central time. However, please read on.
If Possible place your orders Monday through Wedneday (before 1:00 PM central time) so we can be sure to ship it to you on late Wednesday or Thursday AM.
Otherwise orders will be shipped on Monday, that were placed from Wednesday after 1:00 PM through Sunday evening.
In the past we typically have taken a 2 week vacation but we no longer will be taking an extended vacation INSTEAD, we have chosen to be in the office each week Monday-Thursday - depending on our appointments or if we are taking a Four Day weekends.
This is important for you to know so you understand that we WILL get back to you as soon as possible.
SPECIAL NOTE: Shipping orders during the warm summer months. During May through late September - the hottest months of the summer, we will be shipping most orders on a regular basis, However if we feel your order could be damaged by excessive heat we may at our option, hold it for shipping on a Mon - Wednesay. We don't want your order sitting in a hot vehicle over the weekend or in an non-air-conditioned building or worse yet a semi-trailer sitting in some hot parking lot. BTW Yep we watch the weather for the full USA. Please be aware of this when placing your orders. We will try to ship orders placed through Wednesday 8:00am on Wednesday. Orders placed later, at the end of the week or weekends will be shipped as soon as possible - Usually Mondays or Tuesdays. (depending on if Monday is a Holiday).
Orders are always processed & shipped in the sequence they are received.

How do I return my product? We will advise you on how to return any items via email.
Do you offer overnight shipping? If you need an order to be Expedited to you by Next Day or Second Day You have to call us. There are additional fees if you need to expedite an orders shipment. Please leave a message where you can be reached during the day time Central time zone hours. If not, then we may not be able to expedite your order. Our number - 1-218-384-9294. We are not in the office on Friday, Saturday and Sundays. So this makes it hard to offer overnight for any order. Therefore we have opted not to offer overnight shipping unless you contact us in advance.
Can I ship to a different address? Yes you can, just fill in the different "Ship to address" during checkout. Do not enter in the 'New Shipping Address' in the "Bill To Address" section as your credit card will be declined if you do. The Billing address must match the credit card, the Shipping address can be different.
What items are eligible for free shipping? All items are eligible for free shipping EXCEPT special order items.

Pricing and Billing
Do I have to pay sales tax? Only if you live in Minnesota or Kansas. If you live in Carlton County in Minnesota we have to collect a 'transit tax' also. As of Jan 2020, we only need to collect sales tax for Minnesota and Kansas Sales tax.
I have a question on my charges. The prices stated on the website are the current prices for items. If there is a question, please send us an email.
What are my payment choices? We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express and PayPal. You can send a Money Order ONLY if we have approved your order via phone or email.
Can I send you a Check or Money Order? You can send a Money Order ONLY if we have approved your order via phone or email.
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice. If you created an account you can print another one from there. If you need a copy of what was sent to you in your order, send us an email with the invoice number and we'll send one to you via email.
When will my credit card be charged? When you place an order on our site, your credit card is charged immediately.

Buyer's Guide
Can I place a Phone Order? Yes. There is a $5.00 phone order processing fee when you place an order by phone.
Can I add to an order? No, as we do not see any credit card information so are unable to add to any order.
How do I use a coupon? Simply apply it during the checkout process or on the View Cart page.
How do I buy/redeem a gift certificate? At this time we are not offering Gift Certificates.
How do I redeem my Rewards Points? Please see our complete instructions on redeeming your Rewards points page.
How do I find my product? Use the Search Box at the top of any of the shopping pages. OR through the drop-down lists - menus you can find the general category. Spelling counts to help you find the product, so make sure you spell it correctly.
How do I navigate the site? We have handy drop-down menus to direct you to our main categories. Once at the Category you will find a list of products available.
Do you have a Print Catalog? No as our products change often as does pricing.
Do you sell "Wholesale"? Or have Wholesale Pricing? We are Retailers and do not offer wholesale prices.
I Live in Carlton County, or I'm coming "Up your Way" Can I pick up my order? We do not have a 'Brick and Mortar' store and so we don't have ways for you to 'shop'. We can get an order ready for you once it is pre-paid for you to pick up.
