Lavandin is not the same as either of the above Lavenders.
Lavandin is a cross between two different species - Lavendula officinalis and Lavendula latifolia (Spike Lavender). It is a hybrid.
Although is has several of the properties of Lavendula angustifolia, it is not necessarily used for the same applications.
Lavandin is produced more for it's odor quality. Traditional uses list it as good for respiratory, circulatory or muscular conditions.

Bedtime Bliss ™ Blend
A blend of: lavender, orange, geranium, cedarwood, marjoram, frankincense, eucalyptus, tangerine, patchouli, mandarin, ylang-ylang, blue tansy, valerian, neroli, rose
This very special blend will help you to gently drift off to sleep, in a world of peaceful bliss!
The best way to use Bedtime Bliss is to place 2-3 drops on a Terra Cotta disc diffusers.
Next place this near the Head of the Bed. Either place on your night stand or place in a Organza or Muslin bag and tie to the Headboard. Do this about 30 minutes prior to retiring for the night.
This will put scent into the room and then if the blend is too powerful you can remove the Terra Cotta disc to another room.
