Sports & More Essential oil Blend
A blend of Eucalyptus, Ginger, Helichrysum, Peppermint and Rosemary
This blend is Great for use Before and AFTER you have had your workout. Be sure to properly dilute in a carrier oil or lotion of your choice. Never apply pure undiluted essential oils directly to skin. Our suggestion is to use MCT oil.
Use to warm up muscles and joints prior to your game or activity. Massage in and around joints as needed.
This blend may feel warm at times due to the 'warming' essential oils used in this blend.
If too uncomfortable, wash area with soap and water.
This blend may also works wonders for joints that have stiffened up after a nights sleep.
Include this as part of your daily pre-workout routine. Massage to help joints warm up for that exercise routine (or use afterwords if you forgot to use before!!)

The essential oils in this synergy blend could also be useful for any type of upper respiratory ailment. Sinuses, allergies and other nose, throat and lungs that feel congested or pressured.
Eucalyptus, Peppermint and Rosemary all might help with any kind of sore and painful situations.
Blend with a carrier oil or lotion and rub into the temples, back of neck or shoulder when muscle tightness is giving you a problem.
Feeling a little upset in your tum-tum? Smell a few inhalations. Peppermint and Ginger often help with that too.

Mix 10-15 drops in 1 ounce of carrier oils and rub on the joint or muscles or other areas that need attention.
This is about a 2% dilution and with these essential oils will be a nice massage oil.
Double the drops to make a stronger blend, but do use care as the rule typically is - More is not better.
Can also be mixed with a Cream or other lotion for use too.
Especially wonderful for use on hands and feet.
