A blend of Eucalyptus, Ginger, Helichrysum, Peppermint and Rosemary
This is a 5% essential oil blend in the carrier oil blend.
This is not to be used for a full body massage, it is for specific use on joints used during sports activities or that are stiff & sore from inactivity.
This blend is Great for use Before and AFTER you have had your workout.
Use to warm up muscles and joints prior to your game or activity. Massage in and around joints as needed.
This blend may feel warm at times due to the 'warming' essential oils used in this blend. If too uncomfortable, wash area with soap and water.
This blend may also works wonders for joints that have stiffened up after a nights sleep.
Include this as part of your daily pre-workout routine. Massage to help joints warm up for that exercise routine (or use afterwords if you forgot to use before!!)
Tennis, Golf and other Physical activities like 'Yard work' - things that use your arms, legs, backs and more - use this for ALL these activities and MORE!
The essential oils in this blend could also be useful for any type of upper respiratory ailment. Sinuses, allergies and other nose, throat and lungs that feel congested or pressured. Rub a little on your chest. (Do not use this blend on children under 12 years - it is too strong.)
Eucalyptus, Peppermint and Rosemary all might help with any kind of sore and painful situations.
You can also rub a small amount into the temples, back of neck or shoulder when muscle tightness is giving you a problem.
Feeling a little upset in your tum-tum? Rub a tiny amount on your tummy. Peppermint and Ginger often help with that too.
