I'm so "Dizzy"™ Essential oil Blend
A blend of: Lavender, Peppermint, German & Roman Chamomile, Helichrysum, Frankincense, Myrrh, Ylang-ylang
One of our customers asked us to help her with a feeling of dizziness (for her) and motion sickness (nausea) for her daughter.
She had found a product on line that was used for 'vertigo' that included a few of the above essential oils.
We said we would see what we could create. We felt that there were several other essential oils that might be better utilized for the 'dizzy' feeling and also for nausea.
After several weeks, she reported that the blend worked "Awesome". Her and her daughter were getting a lot of relief.
She has suffered from this dizziness for several years and finally she has felt so much better.
Her daughter who used to have lots of problems in moving vehicles is now enjoying her travel.
Suggested use
To use I'm so "Dizzy" Blend. Make a 5% dilution (15 drops in 1 tablepoon of carrier oil). You can use your favorite carrier - Jojoba is nice but any will work.
Next massage a small amount behind your ear and down into your neck below your ear. Use gentle strokes.
Massage as necessary. Wait about 10 minutes before resuming activities. Repeat as needed. For Motion Sickness - Place several drops in a nasal inhaler and inhale several inhalations 10-15 minutes prior to travel. Can also be used in the moving vehicle too. Repeat as needed.
